Savrly (“Savrly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an autonomous spend-intelligence service for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts, offered through this website (savrly.us) and the Savrly client portal (portal.savrly.us). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the website or the service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

How we use your information

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar tools for basic operation and to understand visitor traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.

How long we keep information

We keep account and service information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing records, savings documentation, and legal obligations, and then we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may disconnect a Meta ad account or close your portal account at any time. To make a request, contact us at geary@savrly.us. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date.

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of savrly.us and the Savrly service, provided by Savrly through its client portal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

What Savrly does

Savrly monitors a Meta ad account you connect, shuts off campaigns it identifies as wasteful or underperforming, and documents the resulting savings on a savings receipt. You connect your ad account through the portal and authorize Savrly to monitor it and take the actions the service is designed to take. Only connect ad accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Fees

No guarantee of savings

Savings depend on whether waste exists in your ad account to be found. We do not guarantee that savings will be found in any account or period, and any worked example on the website is illustrative only — not a client result, a typical outcome, or a promise. The fee structure is the protection: a period with no verified savings is a period with no fee.

Your responsibilities

Not affiliated with Meta

Facebook, Instagram, and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Savrly is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

Availability and liability

The website and service are provided “as is,” and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Savrly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Savrly in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending the service

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time through the portal or by contacting us. Fees already billed against verified savings receipts remain payable.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here, with its “Last updated” date, is the current one. Questions: geary@savrly.us.
